Because most PACS are not able to display the multi-slice Secondary Capture Object (SCO) proprietary format, the data must be converted to the industry standard Breast Tomosynthesis Object (BTO).

DocPanel and HCTS have teamed up to provide breast imaging facilities with a reliable solution for converting the proprietary data, while securing subspecialty interpretations from fellowship-trained Breast Radiologists.
The solution enables tomo exams to be shared, viewed, and read on any FDA-approved mammography viewer, eliminating the need for a specialized workstation. It also tackles common issues often encountered when importing prior exams and outside studies, enabling Breast Imaging departments to expand their geographical footprint.
