Client reading opportunities are presented with complete transparency. If you opt-in, cases are assigned based on your specialty and reading preferences.
Most clients require a turnaround time of 24 hours. Select clients require 12-18 hours. Expected TAT will always be communicated during the opportunity selection phase.
DocPanel pays on a per-case basis. Each modality and case type has its own rate. Rates vary per client, with case complexity taken into account.
No, DocPanel does not follow a shift-based model. Daily engagement is required to honor the volume commitments you make to each client, but you can set your own hours.
The majority of DocPanel clients do not require weekend coverage. For those who do, weekend requirements will be clearly outlined in the opportunity selection phase.
We ask that you provide at least two weeks’ notice for any out-of-office leave. This helps ensure we have enough time to find replacement coverage while you are away.
DocPanel has a standard malpractice policy that covers all physicians for any cases read on the platform. Once you are signed up, your certificate will be issued.
DocPanel uses a cloud-based browser with an FDA compliant, zero footprint HTML5 diagnostic viewer. Multi-monitor configuration is also supported.
DocPanel employs the latest Nuance AI-powered Powerscribe One for dictations, along with in-house developed dictations powered by the Nuance Speech Kit.
