Find exactly the expertise you need and pay only for the services you use. Our revolutionary marketplace business model gives healthcare providers and patients a choice — and a voice — in sending, discovering, reading, and diagnosing complex clinical cases online.
At the heart of DocPanel are elite medical professionals whose capabilities and expertise can be trusted. We offer access to some of the top board-certified subspecialty radiologists in the United States. Our vision is to provide a fresh, new way of delivering care by bringing together communities of the most qualified physicians to serve the needs of those who matter most — patients.
Nirish founded DocPanel to improve access to expert radiologists in subspecialty niches for patients and imaging providers alike. Adding to over two decades of entrepreneurial passion, DocPanel is the result of Nirish’s personal mission to create better health care options for those who need them. His expertise in strategic planning, advising, and operations has enabled him to build a successful, sustainable business poised for steady and rapid growth.
In 2000, Nirish earned his Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance at Saint Joseph’s College of Commerce. One year after receiving his degree, Nirish founded his first company, Technology Holdings, where he worked as the Managing Director. The company is a cross-border Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) and Private Equity advisory group focused exclusively on outsourcing vendors. Technology Holdings has a proven track record of advising industry leaders in the outsourcing vertical.
Inspired by his success in his early entrepreneurship, Nirish soon started his second company, Trouver. At Trouver, he worked as a Strategy Consultant specializing in Healthcare Technology with a strong focus on M&A, Strategic Account Management, and New Product Development. Nirish’s passion for medicine eventually led him to take a position as Head of Medicare at Wipro in 2015. At Wipro, he served 100 health plans, including 7 of the top 10 Medicare advantage plans in the U.S. and 15 Blues plans providing SaaS-based enrollment, member management, and risk solutions. Some of his key accomplishments included: delivering 75% year-over-year revenue growth, improving customer satisfaction, and launching new products. Nirish’s relentless dedication to excellence motivated him to become a member of the Board of Advisors at Park Health in 2016.
Applying all he’s learned since launching his first company, Nirish continues to invest his time and energy into creating a future where better health outcomes are the rule and not the exception. He is confident that DocPanel will transform the healthcare landscape by improving access to quality, radiological reads.

For over 20 years, Rady has worked in healthcare, focusing on areas like diagnostic imaging specific technology and software architecture. He worked at Madras Engineer Services which was the first company to indigenously develop microprocessor-based bedside monitors. By focusing on enhancing and advancing his capabilities, he eventually became a Production Engineer assembling and testing bedside monitors and ECG machines.
After this project, Rady worked at Manmar Technologies as a Senior Programmer and Sonoware Product Developer. At Manmar, he developed a Structured Reporting solution for ultrasound and was responsible for Beta Site product evaluation. Rady also worked as a Product Specialist for Manmar where he demonstrated Sonoware to luminaries and gathered critical market insights. He played a pivotal role in launching Asia’s first structured reporting solution in India and designed and installed one of Asia’s biggest ultrasound PACS at Mediscan Systems.
After largely contributing to the success of other companies, Rady founded his own. He became the Vice President of CIMAR Medical Networks, a healthcare solution provider of teleradiology solutions located in India. CIMAR allows its customers to transfer medical images in a standard DICOM format to a prescribed destination.
Finding success in CIMAR, Rady founded second company called Pellucid Networks. He worked as the CTO for Pellucid Networks and as the CTO for Innovative Healthcare. Rady implemented radiology workflow solutions for diagnostic centers, converted hospitals from conventional picture archiving and communication systems (PACS) to state-of-the-art radiology workflows, implemented turnkey teleradiology solutions, built an online marketplace for teleradiology, and created a cost-effective radiology workflow appliance.
Adding to his accomplished resume, Rady now spearheads technology and development initiatives for DocPanel where his leadership has been instrumental in the creation of the world’s first on-demand, online subspecialty marketplace for radiological reads.
